Problem: DHCP service cannot be started, reports 1079 error

Error 1079: The account specified for this service is different from the account specified for other services running in the same process.

This helped:
WIN + R
Run -
Services.msc
open DHCP Client
Log on:
it was set to Local System account
It should be:
Local service (no password)
