Start up

Problem: Virus/Spyware starts with start up

regedit:

HKLOCAL - software - microsoft - windowsNT - CurrentVersion -

WinLogon -

UserInit

it must have only:

C:\WINDOWS\system32\userinit.exe,

and nothing else - delete other input after it
